This page shows you how to change your [Scaleway account](https://console.scaleway.com) password.

- A Scaleway account logged into the [console](https://console.scaleway.com)

1. Access the [Settings space](https://console.scaleway.com/settings/) of your console.
2. Go to your [Account Security](https://console.scaleway.com/settings/account/security) page.
3. Scroll down to the **Password** section, under **Sign-in methods**.
4. Click the **Edit** button. A pop-up appears.
5. Enter your new password into the respective field.
    If you prefer, click the magic wand button to autogenerate a strong password.
6. Click **Confirm** to save the changes.

    Your password is now updated.
