## Client external identifier

The client external identifier represents your client’s identifier in your own internal management tools. This ID is requested when you add a new client and allows the API to function properly.

## Consumption

The consumption refers to a customer's use of Scaleway resources. This value is monthly and corresponds to a period running from the first of the month to the last day of the month.

## Partner Space

The Partner Space is a dedicated interface within the Scaleway console. It allows resellers to manage their clients' consumption and billing.

## Partner support management

Partner support management refers to how partners interact with the Scaleway support system on behalf of their customers. Partners must have membership in a customer's Organization to access, view, or create support tickets within it. Customers can open their own tickets independently.

## Reseller ID

The reseller ID is your unique Scaleway identifier as a Partner. It is the same as your Organization ID.

## Support ticket

A support ticket is a request submitted to Scaleway's support team regarding a technical issue, billing question, or service inquiry. In the context of the Partner Space, support tickets are scoped to individual customer Organizations.
