Getting started with Cloud-IAM is easy.

1. Create your account on the Cloud-IAM platform.
2. In the Cloud-IAM Console, go to the “Deployments” page and click “Create new deployment.”
3. Configure your deployment:

• Select the number of users
• Choose your cloud provider and region
• Pick the support tier that fits your needs and name your deployment.
• Select your billing cycle (monthly or yearly) if you're choosing a paid plan. No billing information is required for a free deployment. Your deployment will be ready in less than 15 minutes.

4. Access your Keycloak deployment

You’ll receive a confirmation email with:

• Your Keycloak base URL
• Temporary login credentials to access your admin console.

Our pricing is based on three dimensions: number of users (from 100 to 10M+), chosen cloud provider & region, and level of support.

Customers can select from French and European providers, including SecNumCloud and HDS-certified options, or international cloud platforms. We offer a free tier with no credit card required, ideal for testing the product with no commitment. For advanced needs or enterprise usage, contact us for a custom quote.

Operational support: our Keycloak experts assist customers across the full lifecycle of their deployment, available via email, ticketing, or video call.

24/7 on-call support: our on-call team proactively monitors and intervenes before incidents impact availability. Customers can also manually trigger on-call escalation at any time.

Cloud-IAM is ISO 27001:2022 certified, fully hosted in the EU, and designed for high availability, tenant isolation, and reversibility. Users retain full control over their data with automated import/export features, open APIs for custom workflows, and self-service upgrades. Each deployment includes access to logs and metrics — exportable to external systems — and can be audited at any time via a one-click diagnostics tool that generates a detailed health report.
