Corrective Maintenance

Reemo undertakes to provide corrective maintenance services necessary for the proper functioning of the Software. Corrective maintenance includes the correction of Anomalies affecting the Solutions. The Distributor undertakes to act as the interface with the End Customer and to qualify the type and nature of any Anomaly identified by the latter, before informing Reemo without delay by email, with acknowledgment of receipt, at the following address: support@reemo.io

Reemo will intervene on business days, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., in mainland France, excluding French public holidays, according to the following service levels:

  • In the event of a Major Anomaly: within 4 hours from receipt of the email;
  • In the event of a Minor Anomaly: within 24 hours from receipt of the email.

This corrective maintenance will be provided for the entire duration of the End Customer’s License Agreement, at no additional cost to the End Customer. The Distributor undertakes to actively and in good faith cooperate with Reemo in order to enable the correction of Anomalies.

Access to the Software may occasionally be suspended due to maintenance operations necessary for their proper functioning, for security reasons, or due to an unforeseeable outage or slowdown of any nature or cause, or due to Malware affecting the IT resources of Reemo and/or its service providers. Consequently, Reemo cannot be held liable in this respect.


Evolutionary Maintenance

Evolutionary maintenance of the Software, carried out exclusively and sovereignly by Reemo, at no additional cost to End Customers, includes adaptation, modification, and enhancement work necessary to ensure the Software’s operation and development under normal and secure conditions, including Updates and New Versions.

Reemo reserves the right, at any time, to replace the current version of the Software with an Update or New Version of each Software and its Documentation. Should the Distributor wish to continue marketing an older version of a Software product to its End Customers, it understands and accepts that Reemo will no longer provide Updates to these customers. In such a case, the Distributor shall indemnify and hold Reemo harmless against any claim made by an End Customer in this respect.

The End Customer may submit any specific request, accompanied by scheduling and/or urgency requirements, concerning the evolution of one or more Software products. In such cases, which fall outside the scope of the evolutionary maintenance defined in the preceding paragraph, Reemo will respond by sending, via the Distributor, a detailed quotation to the End Customer, which must be formally approved in writing by the latter before any work begins.
