Jobaffinity is recruitment software developed by Intuition Software. Designed by industry professionals, it is agile, intuitive, and adapts to your needs to centralize and optimize your recruitment processes. Used by more than 10,000 recruiters, it offers comprehensive features: sourcing, multi-posting on more than 100 job boards, application tracking, CV database, and more.

Challenge

Faced with rapid growth in its user base, Jobaffinity migrated its 100% on-premise infrastructure to Scaleway to improve performance, scalability, and cost control. Thanks to the Startup Program, the transition was completed without any service interruption. Today, Jobaffinity uses around 20 instances via managed Kubernetes and has transferred over 10 TB of data to Object Storage. Scaleway was chosen for its competitive prices, intuitive interface, and French roots.
