Code of conduct for ai-PULSE

All persons participating in ai-PULSE organized by Scaleway on November 17, 2023 (hereinafter “the Event”), including in particular the sponsors or any natural or legal persons attending the Event (hereinafter the “ Participants”), undertake to accept the following code of conduct:
All Event Participants undertake to:

• Treat all other participants and staff members with respect, kindness and dignity
• Ban any form of harassment based on age, physical appearance, skin color, identity
  or gender, nationality, physical or mental disability, religion, sexual orientation or any
  other characteristic protected by laws is prohibited;
• Refrain from using the premises of the Event or the running of the Event for any
  reason other than that provided by Scaleway;

Example of prohibited behaviors (non-exhaustive list):

• intimidation
• any stalking, photography or recording
• inappropriate physical contact
• disturbance of the event in different forms
• nudity in public spaces
• use of sexual or pornographic images
• offensive behavior or comments
• any illegal content or activity
• any deterioration of the equipment and facility used in the context of the Event
• etc.

Any behavior contrary to this code may lead to sanctions against and/or expulsion of the concerned person by security personnel or law enforcement, without notice or reimbursement.

  All reports will be treated confidentially. We invite you not to publicly disclose any information about an incident until it has been handled by security teams or law enforcement for your safety or that of the victims. The terms of this Code may be revised at any time.
