This promotion is valid from October 1 to 31, 2023, and allows our customers to benefit from a one-month rent refund for any order of a Dedibox dedicated server, subject to the conditions specified below. ## Modalities:
### Eligibility To qualify for this offer, you must order a Dedibox dedicated server from the START, PRO, CORE, or STORE ranges between October 1 to 31, 2023, inclusive, through the Dedibox console or API.
### Non-Termination You must not have terminated a Dedibox server from October 1, 2023, to November 30, 2023, to be eligible for this offer.

### Refund The refund will be made within 6 to 8 weeks after we validate your participation request via the payment method entered in your Dedibox account.

This promotional offer is intended for all customers who have placed an order for a Dedibox dedicated server in the START, PRO, CORE or STORE range between 01/10/2023 (00:00 CET) and 31/10/2023 (23:59 CET) via the Dedibox console or API, and who have validly, exhaustively and legitimately completed the participation form provided by Scaleway. This offer allows the customer to be reimbursed by credit note for one monthly instalment of the server ordered, provided that the customer has not cancelled any of his Dedibox servers (either the server eligible for the offer or any other server associated with the customer's account) during the period from 01/10/2023 (00:00 CET) to 30/11/2023 (23:59 CET). The offer is only valid while stocks last and is limited to a single entry per individual or legal entity, with a maximum of one eligible server per entry. It cannot be combined with any other type of promotion, discount or reduction. Reimbursement will be made within 6 to 8 weeks of receipt of the entry form, using the payment method specified on the customer's Dedibox account. The amount thus reimbursed corresponds to the price of a monthly payment (excluding taxes) for the eligible server applicable on the date of the order, excluding all options, additional services, installation costs and other associated costs. Any participation that is fraudulent, illegitimate, incomplete, invalid or does not comply with the present conditions will be considered null and void and ineligible for the offer. Scaleway reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks to ensure that the customer's participation complies with the promotional offer.
