List of sub-processors

To offer its services, Scaleway may use third party data processors. This page aims to inform all of our customers about the sub-processors likely to process their personal data as part of our services, in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and our Privacy Policy.
All of our sub-processors are subject to a strict security control procedure as well as a data protection control procedure to ensure a level of compliance equivalent to that provided by Scaleway and required by data protection regulations.
Authorisation to engage new sub-processors
By using Scaleway's services and agreeing to our DPA, Customer gives Scaleway general authorization to add, modify or remove sub-processors from this list.
