To use HDS-certified Scaleway services, you must subscribe to a Business or Enterprise support plan and sign an HDS contract.

HDS Coverage Summary
HDS offerings are part of a specific sales process. It is strictly prohibited to host health data without going through the designated process. If you would like to learn more about the general subscription terms and conditions, please contact us directly on this page.
As part of our HDS offerings, no personal health data is transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area unless specifically instructed by the data controller. Furthermore, no personal health data is transferred outside of France, as our HDS offerings are limited to hosting in our data centers located in France.

How can I order an HDS service?
To use HDS products, you must sign an HDS contract that lists the specific products and have an active minimum required support plan.
Can I sign the HDS contract through the Scaleway Console?
No, you cannot sign the HDS contract directly in the Console. You must go through our sales team.
When the contract is signed, does HDS compliance apply to the client's entire organization, or only to the products and resources specifically listed in the contract?
HDS compliance is strictly defined by the scope of the contract.
- The agreement covers only the HDS-certified products selected at the time of the initial signing.
- If a customer decides to add a new product at a later date, that product is not automatically covered and would require an amendment to the contract.
If a new product becomes HDS-certified after an initial contract has been signed, does the customer need to sign an amendment to include it?
Yes. If a product becomes HDS-certified after the initial contract is signed, it is not automatically covered. An amendment to the contract must be executed to officially include the new product within the scope of HDS coverage.
Is it possible to use HDS-certified products alongside non-HDS products within the same architecture or infrastructure?
Yes, it is possible to have both HDS and non-HDS products within the same organization or environment.
What is the minimum support plan required to access HDS services?
For Scaleway Public Cloud products, Business or Enterprise support is required.
For Dedibox, Business Dedibox support is required for each Dedibox HDS server. An additional fee for the HDS process per server is also required.
