Edge Services WAF now available in the Scaleway console!

Edge Services now offers a Web Application Firewall (WAF) service. Activate and manage WAF in the Scaleway console or API / developer tools. Find out more in our dedicated documentation.

Edge Services

Edge Services is a feature for Scaleway Load Balancers and Object Storage buckets. It provides a caching service to improve performance by reducing load on your origin, WAF to protect against malicious requests, and a customizable, secure endpoint for accessing content via Edge Services.

    Scaleway Edge Services' Web Application Firewall (WAF) is now available in the console, in Public Beta.

    WAF provides automated protection for web applications against common threats and vulnerabilities, including SQL injection, XSS, remote code execution, and more. It is based on the OWASP Core Rule Set to detect and block malicious requests.

It is based on the OWASP Core Rule Set to detect and block malicious requests.

    This WAF solution is fully managed and designed to be easy to integrate into existing architectures, particularly when combined with Scaleway's Edge Services.

    WAF is currently available only via the Edge Services API.
