How to terminate a Dedibox subscription from the Scaleway console

Note

You can now manage resources from both the Scaleway and the Dedibox consoles. However, ordering Dedibox servers from the Scaleway console is only possible if you have added a SEPA payment method in your Dedibox console. If you do not complete this step, you can only use the Dedibox console to place orders (see the Dedibox documentation).

Before you start

To complete the actions presented below, you must have:

A Scaleway account logged into the console
Owner status or IAM permissions allowing you to perform actions in the intended Organization
Ordered a Dedibox server

Click Dedibox in the Bare Metal section of the side menu.
Choose the Dedibox server you want to delete by clicking on its name.
On the server's dashboard, scroll down to Terminate Dedibox subscription. Then click Terminate subscription to end the subscription of your Dedibox. A pop-up displays.
Type Terminate in the form to validate the termination of your server. Click Terminate Dedibox subscription to confirm.
Important
This will permanently delete your server and all your data and associated services will be lost. Failover IPs will be unassigned from this server. This action is irreversible.

You have successfully triggered the termination of your subscription and your Dedibox server will be deleted at the end of its billing cycle.
