How to delete a dedicated Generative APIs deployment

Once you have finished your inference tasks, you can delete your deployment. This page explains how to do so from the Scaleway console.

Before you start

To complete the actions presented below, you must have:

• A Scaleway account logged into the console
• A dedicated Generative APIs deployment
• Owner status or IAM permissions allowing you to perform actions in the intended Organization

1. Click Generative APIs in the AI section of the side menu in the Scaleway console to access the dashboard. The list of models displays.
2. Select the Deployments tab.
3. From the drop-down menu, select the geographical region where your deployment was created.
4. Choose the deployment by clicking its name. The deployment's Overview page displays.
5. Navigate to the Settings tab.
6. Click Delete deployment at the bottom of the page.
7. Type DELETE to confirm and click Delete deployment.

Alternatively, from the Deployments listing, click the more icon icon next to the deployment name you no longer need, and click Delete. A pop-up appears. Type DELETE to confirm, then click Delete deployment.
