Before you start

To complete the actions presented below, you must have:

  • A Dedibox account logged into the console

How to contact the Dedibox support team by ticket?

  1. Log in to the Dedibox console.

  2. Locate and click the Support link.

  3. Select Technical assistance on the drop-down menu. This opens a support ticket form.

  4. Fill out the required details, providing as much relevant information as possible.

  5. Once you finish writing your ticket, proceed to submit it.

    After sending the ticket, you will have access to your conversation history with the technical assistance team, enabling you to keep track of your previous and current tickets.
