How to create an email transfer

Important

This documentation describes the usage of a previous web hosting offer proposed by Online.net.
Refer to the Scaleway Web Hosting documentation for information about the current web hosting product.

Email transfers allow you to forward the incoming mail of an existing account to another address of your choice.

Before you start

To complete the actions presented below, you must have:

  • A Dedibox account logged into the Online console
  • Created a Webhosting Classic
Note

In some cases, the forwarded mails are considered spam and are not properly received. If that happens, we recommend importing the mails received at your existing address from your other provider instead of forwarding them.

  1. Click Hosting, then click Manage next to your webhosting.
  2. Scroll down to E-mail accounts section, then click E-mail forwarding.
  3. Click Add e-mail forward.
  4. Select the existing address and enter the email address of your choice.
  5. Click Add forward. Your transfer is created.
