How to delete your email account

Before you start

To complete the actions presented below, you must have:

A Dedibox account logged into the console
Created a Webhosting Classic

Important

An email account deletion is irreversible and erases all emails stored on the servers.

Click Hosting, then Manage.
Scroll down to E-mail accounts and click Manage. A list of your email accounts displays.
Click the settings icon next to the email account you wish to delete.
Click Delete.
Click Delete to confirm the deletion.

Note

The email account is now scheduled to be terminated within the hour.
