How to lock a client's Organization
If you are confronted with a client who does not respect Scaleway’s Terms of Service, you can lock their Organization.
Before you start
To complete the actions presented below, you must have:
- A Scaleway account logged into the console
- Scaleway Partner status
- Added a client
- Go to the Partner Space. A list of your clients displays.
- Locate the row corresponding to the client whose Organization you want to lock.
- Click more icon at the end of the row.
- Click Lock Organization. A pop-up displays.
- Type LOCK in the text area.
- Click Lock to confirm.
