Changelog

  • IPAM

    Added

IPAM (IP Address Manager) is available in Public Beta

IPAM acts as a single source of truth for the IP addresses of Scaleway resources, offering a variety of functionalities to help you manage your Scaleway IPs efficiently. Whether you are tracking all private VPC IPs or organizing your IP address space, IPAM is designed to simplify your workflow and enhance your productivity.

  • Secret Manager

    Added

Secret types are available in the Scaleway console

Secret types are now displayed in the Scaleway console for better usability of secrets.

All secrets not explicitly tagged appear as opaque, but you can now decide to create new secrets of a specific type (among opaque, username/password, database credentials, SSH key, SSL/TLS certificate and key/value), and secrets versions will be of the same type.

Read our documentation for more details on how to create secret types using the Scaleway API.

  • Managed Inference

    Changed

Models now support longer and better conversations

    • All models on catalog now support conversations to their full context window (e.g Mixtral-8x7b up to 32K tokens, Llama3 up to 8k tokens).
    • Llama3 70B is now available in FP8 quantization, INT8 is deprecated.
    • Llama3 8b is now available in FP8 quantization, BF16 remains default.
