How to reset a Mailbox email account password
Before you start
To complete the actions presented below, you must have:
- A Scaleway account logged into the console
- Owner status or IAM permissions allowing you to perform actions in the intended Organization
- Configured your Mailbox domain with email accounts
- Click Mailbox in the Domains & Web Hosting section of the console side menu. The list of your domains displays.
- Click the domain you wish to configure. The list of Mailboxes created for this domain displays.
- Click a Mailbox email account to configure. The Mailbox account information is displayed.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Click Reset password.
- Enter a password or click the magic wand button to autogenerate a strong password.
- Check the box to confirm you have saved the password.
- Click Confirm.
