Changelog

  • CPU Instances

We are pleased to announce that Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) versions 9 and 10 are now available as OS images for Scaleway Instances!

    Bring Your Own Subscription (BYOS)

RHEL on Scaleway operates on a Bring Your Own Subscription model. You can deploy a RHEL Instance directly from the Scaleway console and activate it using your existing Red Hat subscription to receive updates, security patches, and support.

    Prerequisites

    • An active Red Hat subscription eligible for Red Hat Cloud Access.
    • A Red Hat Customer Portal account.
    • Standard Scaleway account permissions (Owner or IAM permissions).

    Important Notes

    • Licensing: Instances are deployed unentitled. You must register and attach your subscription to access Red Hat repositories.
    • Support: Technical support is provided directly through your Red Hat subscription, not via Scaleway Support.
    • Licenses: RHEL licenses must be ordered directly from Red Hat via the Customer Portal.
  • Site-to-Site VPN

  • VPC Peering

Scaleway VPC Peering is now available in Public Beta in every Region, and can be accessed via the API, CLI, SDKs and Terraform. Support for the Console is currently under development and will be available soon.
