How to change a password

This page shows you how to change your Scaleway account password.

Before you start

To complete the actions presented below, you must have:

• A Scaleway account logged into the console

1. Access the Settings space of your console.

2. Go to your Account Security page.

3. Scroll down to the Password section, under Sign-in methods.

4. Click the Edit button. A pop-up appears.

5. Enter your new password into the respective field. If you prefer, click the magic wand button to autogenerate a strong password.

6. Click Confirm to save the changes.

   Your password is now updated.
