Access your Mailbox from another email client

You can access your Mailbox using any email client (desktop or mobile) by configuring IMAP and SMTP settings. This allows you to send and receive emails from clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail.

Before you start

To complete the actions presented below, you must have:

  1. Click Mailbox in the Domains & Web Hosting section of the console side menu. The list of your domains displays.
  2. Click a Mailbox domain to configure.

Configure your email client

Set your incoming and outgoing servers. Follow the next steps according to your email client.

Verify that you can send and receive emails. Check your spam folder if needed.
