Changelog

  • Scaleway

Scaleway is opening a new region: Milan, Italy. You can now deploy Instances, Kapsule, Block Storage, Object Storage, VPC, Databases, KMS, Audit Trail, and more in MIL-1. Check our availability page to get the entire list of available products and see which ones are coming soon.

  • Block Storage

You can now provision individual Block Storage volumes with up to 15 TB of capacity, up from the previous limit of 10 TB.

This update is designed to support data-intensive workloads requiring increased vertical scaling.

This increase applies to all new and existing 5K and 15K Block Storage volumes across all available regions. You can scale your existing volumes directly through the Scaleway console, via the API, or using the CLI.

For more details on managing your storage, refer to our Block Storage documentation.

  • Data Warehouse for ClickHouse®

It is now possible to stop Data Warehouse deployments. When a deployment is stopped, you will no longer be billed for vCPU consumption - only for Object Storage. This allows for better cost management, and you can start the deployment again at any time. Refer to our documentation for more information.
