How to delete an FTP account

Before you start

To complete the actions presented below, you must have:

• A Dedibox account logged into the Online console
• Created a Webhosting Classic
• An FTP account

1. Click Hosting then click Manage next to the relevant hosting.
2. Click FTP accounts.
3. Click Delete next to the cogwheel icon.
4. Click Confirm. The deletion may take up to one hour to complete.
   Note

   This will not delete any data on the FTP server.
