How to delete a pin

Before you start

To complete the actions presented below, you must have:

• A Scaleway account logged into the console
• Owner status or IAM permissions allowing you to perform actions in the intended Organization
• Created a Block Storage volume

1. Click IPFS Pinning in the Labs section of the Scaleway console side menu. The IPFS Pinning section displays a list of your volumes.
2. Click the «See more Icon» icon next to the volume containing the pin you wish to delete, and select Pin from the drop-down menu. The pin section displays.
3. Click the «See more Icon» icon next to the pin you wish to delete. The three IPFS gateways display along with a Delete button.
4. Click Delete. A pop-up displays.
5. Type DELETE to confirm.
   Important

   This action is irreversible and will permanently delete the pin and all its associated pins.

6. Click Delete Pin. You are returned to the list of your pins, where the pin you deleted no longer appears.
